The musicians are campers between 7 and 19 years old who participated in Girls Rock Philly's Summer Rock Camp at Girard College.

On Monday of camp, the bands on this album were formed; the songs were written collaboratively in 5 days, performed at PhilaMOCA on Saturday and recorded on Sunday.
